VXR Nurburgring


Vauxhall Astra VXR Nurburgring Edition

The VXR Nurburgring Edition, based on the standard Astra VXR, features all-white paint finish, lightweight white 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped with modified Dunlop tires, dark tinted windows, carbon fiber effect mirrors and B-Pillars and distinctive body graphics at the exterior. At the interior, the Vauxhall Astra VXR Nurburgring Edition features carbon fiber trim on the door and fascia, bespoke leather Recaro front seats with Nurburgring circuit graphic embossed into the backrest and an individually numbered plaque showing each car’s build number. It is powered by the standard Astra VXR engine producing 240 PS and clocked 6.2 seconds from 0 to 60 mph with the top speed of 155 mph. Meanwhile, each UK-spec car parts will be equipped with a Remus Sports Exhaust, developed with Vauxhall’s BTCC race team, Triple-Eight Race Engineering to produce 15 PS more power. The Astra VXR Nurburgring Edition is still equipped with 6-speed manual gearbox and lowered using VXR suspension with ESP. It is also fitted with ventilated 321mm diameter disc brakes at the front and 278mm diameter discs at the rear with VXR blue-painted calipers braking system.
