A clear and green idea of Volvo Car Corporation will develop a new racing car this year that is based on the Volvo C30 auto body parts. This new racing car maintains its work in the bioethanol, the model that most clearly demonstrates Volvo's environmental technology on the market, with versions such as the Flexifuel and the upcoming 1.6D efficiency. The total average of fuel consumption is 0.45 liters per 10 km and CO2 emissions under 120 grams per kilometer. Improvement of the new racing car will be done jointly by Volvo Cars and Polestar Racing.
